Корецький представив проєкт урядової програми на засіданні коаліційної ради

The Cabinet of Ministers has prepared a draft Program of Government Activities and submitted it for discussion by the Coalition Council.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“Today, together with the ministers, I presented the draft Program of Government Activities at a meeting of the Coalition Council. This is a comprehensive document with defined priorities and clear tasks that the government will be guided by in its work,” the statement reads.

According to Shmyhal, the document outlines key tasks: strengthening defense and state resilience, consolidation, support for people and businesses, and accelerating European integration. The government as a whole and each minister have specific tasks and will be responsible for their implementation before the parliament and society.

It is noted that proposals from MPs were processed during the preparation of the government program. The final version of the document, after considering the comments made at the Coalition Council meeting, will be finalized and approved at a government meeting. After that, it will be submitted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.

As reported, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk identified specific steps to strengthen the coordination of the government and parliament. The work of the Coalition Council is also being restored to improve the quality of government draft laws and ensure effective interaction between the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada.
