The head of state emphasized this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“Today, many were shocked by another video of ‘safari’ that Russians are conducting with drones against people in Kherson. A Russian drone purposefully hunted a man selling vegetables in Kherson, detonated near him, and the Russians themselves admitted to committing this crime and that they not only don’t regret it but are proud of how they torture people. The man was injured by the explosion. Every day, Russians conduct such ‘safaris’ on ordinary people in Kherson,” he wrote.
Zelenskyy noted that the world must see every instance of “Russia going mad, and every instance of Russian military personnel enjoying killing and torturing people.”
“Without pressure on Russia, without dismantling its aggressive potential, and without real security guarantees from Russia, it is simply impossible to imagine that the world can coexist with this evil. We must continue to be decisive in protecting life. We must act and support life in such a way that Russia is forced to truly think about peace, rather than how to increase the range of its drones,” he wrote.
The President stressed that the Russian “safari” must stop in Ukraine and not spread to other countries.
“The Russian ‘safari’ against people must stop in Ukraine and definitely should not spread to other countries. Finland and Kazakhstan, the Baltic states and Poland, the South Caucasus countries and Romania and Moldova – everyone should cooperate to have real security guarantees and for the Russian war to end. Peace is needed, and therefore, cooperation of everyone in the world who truly values peace,” he added.

As reported, a video appeared online showing an enemy drone “hunting” a seller at a market in Kherson. This happened around 6:45 AM in the Central district.
The man tried to escape, the drone circled him for some time, and then the Russian operator delivered a strike. The victim sustained bodily injuries but survived.
